Mocha Overnight Oats!

2tbsp Cocoa powder

1/2 tsp Vanilla extract

1 pinch Sea salt

1/3 cup Espresso

3/4 cup Greek yogurt plain 0%

1/2 cup Oats uncooked

1/2 square 85% extra dark chocolate

1/2 cup milk

2tbsp Chia seeds (optional)


  1. Grate or crush the dark chocolate into small pieces and set aside.

  2. In a bowl, mix together the oats, cocoa, chia seeds, and sea salt.

  3. Add vanilla extract, espresso, Greek yogurt, and milk, and stir to combine

Optional: taste and add 1 or 2 packets of zero-calorie sweetener if needed.

4. Transfer the mix to a jar or container and top with the dark chocolate. Seal the container, and allow it to be set in the fridge overnight.
