Homemade High-protein Pizza!

This high-protein pizza is great as a mid-week pick-me-up!


It only takes 15 minutes to make.














Ingredients:


BASE

- 80g 0% Greek yogurt

- 75g self-raising flour

- Seasoning- salt, pepper and garlic


STUFFED CRUST

- 2 cheese string


TOPPING

-


1 tbsp- tomato paste (or pasta sauce)

- 25g lighter mozzarella


Method:

  1. In a bowl add the base and mix until a dough has formed

  2. Add flour to the surface and then place the dough onto the counter and roll it so its 1/2 cm thick

  3. Place the cheese strings around the edges and roll the dough over it

  4. Spread the tomato sauce in the middle and then top with mozzarella

  5. Cook for 15 minutes at 180-200 degrees in the air fryer or 180 in the oven for 20 minutes
