Breakfast Wrap


My go to breakfast recipe at the moment. Super quick and easy and hits all my macros to leave me full for a long time.


Takes less than 10 minutes. High in protein.














Ingredients - Serves 1


  • 1 Mini Wrap

  • 4 Meat slices (I used turkey and beef)

  • 2 eggs

  • Handful Veg ( I use dry coleslaw and lettuce)

  • Sauce ( I used perinase)

Method

  1. Whisk two eggs in a bowl and place in a pan

  2. Once the bottom is cooked add the wrap on top.

  3. Leave 2 minutes before flipping and then adding your toppings and folding it in half!

  4. DONE!
