My go to breakfast recipe at the moment. Super quick and easy and hits all my macros to leave me full for a long time.
Takes less than 10 minutes. High in protein.
Ingredients - Serves 1
1 Mini Wrap
4 Meat slices (I used turkey and beef)
2 eggs
Handful Veg ( I use dry coleslaw and lettuce)
Sauce ( I used perinase)
Method
Whisk two eggs in a bowl and place in a pan
Once the bottom is cooked add the wrap on top.
Leave 2 minutes before flipping and then adding your toppings and folding it in half!
DONE!
