Homemade Energy Protein Bars


All you need for this recipe is 4 ingredients!


With 21g protein per bar!


Great snack inspiration that is quick and easy to follow, with usually all ingredients already being in the house!


You can either fridge them for no-bake bars or oven cook them at 180 for 10-15mins!








INGREDIENTS

  • 3/4 cup oats (or coconut flour, almond meal..)

  • 1 1/4 protein powder (I use myprotein impact whey)

  • 1/2 cups peanut butter (or any nut butter)

  • 3/4 cup water

  • chocolate chips


METHOD

  1. Line the tin you are using with baking paper

  2. In a large mixing bowl mix all the ingredients together, adding the water slowly

  3. Add chocolate chips if wanted

  4. Transfer to the tin and firmly press down

  5. Fridge or bake them!
