Protein Pancakes


I love this recipe because it is so easy, tastes unreal and can be meal prepped to last 4 days in the fridge and to eat them you either microwave them or toast them like scotch pancakes!













INGREDIENT

  • 1 banana

  • 1 eggs

  • 1 scoop protein ( I use myprotein impact whey)

  • 30g Oats

  • Fry light

  • 40g Blueberries

  • 1 tbsp Peanut butter


METHODS

  1. Blend or mash / mix ingredients together in one bowl

  2. Use a non stick pan and a medium heat and pour the mixture into palm side circles.

  3. Then add toppings (this will increase calories- as seen in with the macros provided)

NOTE: Recipe works without the oats

Fat- 12.6g
