I love this recipe because it is so easy, tastes unreal and can be meal prepped to last 4 days in the fridge and to eat them you either microwave them or toast them like scotch pancakes!
1 scoop protein ( I use myprotein impact whey)
1 tbsp Peanut butter
Blend or mash / mix ingredients together in one bowl
Use a non stick pan and a medium heat and pour the mixture into palm side circles.
Then add toppings (this will increase calories- as seen in with the macros provided)
NOTE: Recipe works without the oats
